on All Counts
Alexandria, Virginia, July 31, 2006 -- ComforTrac, Inc. (ComforTrac) announced today that it has successfully defeated The Saunders Group in federal court, a lawsuit instigated by Saunders. The Judge summarily dismissed all of Saunders’ claims against ComforTrac.
